Background

Two organisations' unwritten norms about escalation, risk tolerance, and client ownership determine whether a merger's stated synergies are achievable at all.
She has worked closely with David Lindqvist on wealth management and retail banking integrations, and is known for insisting integration playbooks be treated as a starting draft rather than a script, since most don't survive first contact with a specific deal's actual politics.
