Overview
The Transformation Framework™ is how we document every engagement after the fact, regardless of practice area or industry. It exists because we wanted a structure that held us accountable to outcomes rather than activity — one that made it impossible to publish a case study without stating, plainly, what actually changed and by how much.
It is distinct from How We Work, our firm-wide working method (Discover, Diagnose, Design, Deliver, Measure). How We Work describes how an engagement runs. The Transformation Framework™ describes how we write about the result once it's finished.
