Background

Adaeze's work sits at the intersection of two things insurers tend to treat separately: how claims get handled, and how much customers trust the insurer afterward. Her argument, made consistently across engagements, is that claims handling is where insurers either earn that trust or spend a decade rebuilding it — and that most claims transformation programmes optimise for speed while quietly eroding the trust dimension.

She has also led regulatory reporting engagements through Solvency reform, working closely with Margaret Osei's Regulatory Strategy team, and has a particular interest in how underwriting discipline erodes gradually inside institutions before failing visibly.
