We collect minimal data. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, company name, and the message you send us. This is submitted via Formspree and stored securely on their servers.
• Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, time spent, device type, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
• Session recordings — Microsoft Clarity may record anonymised session replays (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) to help us improve the site. No personally identifiable information is captured in these recordings.

How we use your data

• Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent.
• Analytics data is used to understand how the site is performing and how to improve it.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention periods of Google Analytics (14 months) and Microsoft Clarity (30 days for session recordings).
