Biography
Robert Fenwick-Hart joined Mercer & Stone in 2015 and was appointed Counsel in 2021, working with Thomas Ashworth-Lee and Michael Osei on post-acquisition and shareholder disputes.
He has a particular focus on completion accounts and earn-out disputes following mid-market and large-cap acquisitions.

How often a completion accounts dispute is really an accounting disagreement dressed up as a legal one. Bringing in the right forensic accountant early changes the trajectory of these cases more than any pleading does.
