Biography
Freya Lindström joined Mercer & Stone in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024, working with Thomas Ashworth-Lee and Robert Fenwick-Hart on post-acquisition disputes.
She has particular experience in valuation disputes arising from unfair prejudice petitions.
Philosophy

How much a valuation dispute turns on which expert methodology is agreed at the outset. Clients often focus on finding the most favourable expert, when the more valuable fight is often over the methodology itself.
