Biography
Charlotte Yeung joined Mercer & Stone in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2025, working with David Okonjo-Reid, Nicholas Farrow and Anjali Mehta on FCA and PRA enforcement matters.
She has particular experience supporting firms through the early stages of regulatory investigations, including internal investigation coordination.
Philosophy
"What do clients get wrong about regulatory investigations?"
That an internal investigation and a regulatory response are the same workstream. Run well, they inform each other; run badly, they conflict — and clients often don't realise the risk until the two are already tangled.
